We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us.
Damaged or faulty Goods
If you receive your goods in such a state that they are damaged or not functioning properly, you may contact us within 28 days of receiving your goods to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please quote your order number when contacting us.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of purchase, or seven working days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). This does not include CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping. It also does not include perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidly such as food.
Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent to us in writing by email, letter or fax.
You will be liable to return the goods to us and cover the cost of doing so. We strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special or registered delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within a maximum of thirty days.
